How to Contribute

Both individuals and organizations can contribute to the CMAA Foundation, and all gifts are fully tax deductible. You can support the Foundation through one-time gifts, multi-year pledges, special-purpose sponsorships and a variety of planned giving options.

Unrestricted gifts provide funds the Foundation can use for any purpose related to its mission, at any time.

Gifts to the Capital Campaign, “Construction Managers Building for the Future,” help to establish an endowment whose earnings will provide consistent support for Foundation efforts over a period of years.

The Foundation would like to recognize and thank its generous donors.

For both Capital Campaign and unrestricted gifts, we encourage contributors to pledge annual donations for five years, at one of these levels:

Visionary: $5,000 per year

• Name Recognition in the bimonthly CMAdvisor and on the Foundation website;
• Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Visionary pledge level;
• Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements;
• Letter of recognition, wall plaque, and donor pin;
• Two (2) CMAA Foundation jackets; and
• Private invitation to the “National Conference Visionary Dinner”

Champion: $2,000 per year

• Name Recognition in the bimonthly CMAdvisor and on the Foundation website;
• Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Champion pledge level;
• Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements;
• Letter of recognition, wall plaque and donor pin;
• and One (1) CMAA Foundation jacket.

Leader: $1,000 per year  

• Name Recognition in the bimonthly CMAdvisor and on the Foundation website;
• Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Leader pledge level;
• Foundation supporter logo to use in your literature and advertisements; and
• Letter of recognition, wall plaque and donor pin.

Mentor: $500 per year

• Name Recognition in the bimonthly CMAdvisor and on the Foundation website;
• Foundation donor banner at all conferences recognizing Mentor pledge level; and
• Letter of recognition, wall plaque, and donor pin to be worn at conferences.

Friend: $50 per year

• Name Recognition in the bimonthly CMAdvisor and on the Foundation website; and
• Donor pin to be worn at conferences.

Sponsorships enable the Foundation to stage fundraising events at national CMAA gatherings. By making these events possible, sponsors create the opportunity for many others to participate, raising still more contributions for the Foundation. Planned giving includes transfers of stocks, bonds or other assets to the Foundation’s investment accounts, as well as provisions in estate plans for gifts to the Foundation. • Mail your check payable to the CMAA Foundation to: CMAA Foundation, 7926 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102.
• Include payment, either by check or credit card, on your annual membership renewal invoice.
